The Kiwanis Club of Chippewa Falls Peggy Rathbun Memorial Endowment Fund was established to provide scholarships for high school graduates pursuing education within the Wisconsin Technical College System. Created in memory of Margaret "Peggy" Rathbun, the fund honors her lifelong dedication to education, service, and community leadership.

Peggy Rathbun was a respected and devoted instructor at Chippewa Valley Technical College who believed deeply in the value of continuing education and helping students achieve their goals. As an active member of the Kiwanis Club, she embraced the organization's mission of improving communities through volunteerism, leadership, and humanitarian service. The scholarship reflects these values by recognizing students who demonstrate academic ambition, community involvement, and commitment to service.

Following Peggy's illness and untimely passing, her family partnered with the Kiwanis Club of Chippewa Falls to establish this scholarship in her honor. Preference is given to graduates of McDonell Central Catholic High School and Chippewa Falls Senior High School who are attending a Wisconsin Technical College.

The endowment, held at the Community Foundation of Chippewa County, ensures that Peggy Rathbun's legacy continues to inspire and support deserving students for generations to come.
