Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001, and the lives lost that day. We remember the families who experienced unimaginable loss, the first responders who ran toward danger and the countless acts of courage, compassion and service that followed.

Patriot Day is a reminder that in the face of tragedy, the strength of a community can shine through. We honor those we lost by remembering their lives, supporting one another and carrying forward the spirit of kindness, courage and service that united our nation.
