GCC grants are awarded to local non-profits and charitable organizations serving Chippewa County and are designed to assist different areas of our community where resources are needed to fulfill their mission. Grant funding supports: arts and culture, community development, education, environment and animal welfare, and health and human services.

ENDOWMENT FUND HIGHLIGHT:
William Irvine's vision in 1906 was for a nature preserve that would enhance and protect the environment. Irvine Park holds rich historical significance to Chippewa Falls and it offers endless activities and attractions year round, including the Chippewa Falls Christmas Village.

The Irvine Park Endowment Fund was established to support the Chippewa Falls Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Dpt. with funding for annual maintenance and improvements to the historic park. This endowment offers an opportunity for others to contribute to the upkeep and sustainability of the park to benefit people as well as the wildlife that inhabits the park.
