The Healthy Chippewa County (HCC) grant is now accepting applications!

This grant provides funding to invest in organizations serving the greater Chippewa County area and prioritizes programming initiatives that meet current community health needs, while also reducing health disparities.

FUNDHOLDER HIGHLIGHT:
Chippewa County Sheriff's Deputy Jason Zunker died on duty while directing traffic in 2008. It was from a huge outpouring of donations from family, friends and the community that the Jason S. Zunker Memorial Endowment Fund was created. "Jason was one of those rare souls who made the world feel warm just by being in it," said his wife, Lisa. "He always had a way of making everyone feel welcomed. His kindness was genuine - a heart bigger than words can describe."
