Grant Application

Proposals must be received before 5:00 PM Friday, October 4, 2019. Proposals received after 5:00 PM cannot be considered for funding. Grants will be awarded to qualified 501(c)(3) or 170(b)(1)(A) charitable organizations and must be used within the following calendar year.*

*Public schools and government agencies are considered the charitable equivalent to a (501)(c)(3) organization and are eligible to apply.

Organizational Information

  • Provide a brief summary of the organization's mission, goals, programs, and major accomplishments.
  • Describe the population served (including total number) and geographic/demographic and socio/economic characteristics.

Please share the following information about your Project

  • How the proposed funding will be used.
  • How it relates to the mission of the organization.
  • Who will benefit from the project and your organization's ability to carry out the project.
  • Number of paid staff and volunteers involved in this project.
  • How will this grant increase the organization's capacity and/or access to the services it provides.

Community Needs Grants: Funds Available

Our Field of Interest and Unrestricted Funds are used to support the Community Needs Grant for which you are applying. Please note grant awards generally range from $200 - $5,000 each.

Below is a list of the Field of Interest funds. If you see one that is relevant to your grant proposal, we encourage you to indicate by checking the fund. Doing so does not guarantee funding, but it may give your proposal extra consideration in the final decision making process.
