The F. & E. Siverling Memorial Tutor Program Pass-through Fund was established in loving memory of Frank and Elizabeth Siverling, whose commitment to education and community continues to make a lasting difference. This fund was created to support the Bloomer School District by providing access to a licensed teacher who offers tutoring services to students throughout the school year, outside of regular classroom instruction. 

The tutoring focuses on essential academic areas such as reading, writing, and mathematics, helping students strengthen foundational skills and build confidence in their learning. By creating a pass-through fund at the Community Foundation, the Siverling family ensured their memorial gift would have an immediate and meaningful impact.
