The timing was right for Jeff and Lori Irvine, who opened a donor-advised Fund to support their community in the way it supported them. Their fund will support the people and services in the place they call home. 

The Irvines have seen firsthand and heard from friends who are fundholders the positive impact the Community Foundation has had on the Chippewa Valley. 

Jeff and Lori feel very blessed to call the Chippewa Valley home since 1996 and couldn't think of a better place to raise a family.   

After having met in college in Madison in 1985, on the theatrical set of Back to School, they lived in Virginia and Michigan before returning to Wisconsin. Jeff and Lori joined their family business, Design Homes, and quickly fell in love with Chippewa Falls, Lake Wissota, and the people they met.   

The Irvines are very proud of their two children, Angelina, age 25, and Sean, age 21. "Countless individuals and businesses have worked to make the Chippewa Valley a better place for our kids. This community has given us, and our kids, more than we could ever imagine," Jeff reflects.
