The Northwestern Bank School Mini-Grant Fund, was established to support educators in Chippewa County.
Each fall, educators serving Chippewa County students in grades 3-8 are invited to apply for the Northwestern Bank School Mini-Grant, administered by the Community Foundation of Chippewa County. Made possible through the generosity of Northwestern Bank, these mini-grants of up to $350 are designed to directly support educators and enhance learning experiences in classrooms across the Chippewa County.
The grant program empowers educators in public and private schools to bring innovative ideas to life ideas that spark curiosity, strengthen student engagement, and enrich academic outcomes. Funding may be used for creative learning tools, hands-on classroom activities, motivational projects, or meaningful service-learning initiatives that connect students to their communities.
By providing flexible, classroom-level funding, the Northwestern Bank School Mini-Grant helps remove financial barriers that can limit innovation. These grants allow teachers to respond to the unique needs of their students, explore new instructional approaches, and create memorable learning experiences that extend beyond traditional lessons.
