Swanson Endowment Fund for Staff Development

Bert Swanson, founding member of the Community Foundation of Chippewa County and former Board of Director's member, created the Swanson Endowment Fund for Staff Development in 2004.  

"Earnings from this fund will be used to support professional training opportunities for paid staff members of the foundation so as to enhance their skills and capabilities.  The intent is to help in some small way to attract and retain committed professionals to support the Board of Directors in serving donors, other nonprofit organizations, and the communities of Chippewa County."
