When we created our endowment, it was decided that there were four to five different charities that I've been involved with over the past 40 years and that they should get a share of it every year. "I think that's the better way to do it", says Tom Kell.

Money is finite, it's not infinite and if we can put that money aside and dole it out on a yearly basis I think it helps a lot better than just one big chunk and trying to figure out what that one big chunk of change should be used for.
